We are looking for passionate software testers who care about getting working software in front of users. Accessibility is an important concern for NICE and you’ll help to ensure our digital services are functional and accessible. You’ll love learning new skills and challenging the status quo.
We’ll give you the opportunity to develop yourself technically and professionally.
We also expect a successful candidate to be a continual learner, to keep up to date with modern test tools and techniques, and share knowledge and skills within the testing community of practise. Understanding the need to balance self-documenting systems alongside necessary documentation would also be seen as an essential for this role.
Digital Services within NICE is responsible for delivering and improving all NICE’s digital services and applications. Our strategy is to deliver services that meet our users’ needs.
We're a 50 strong department but we work in small agile teams of developers, designers, business analysts and others. We build a minimum viable product, then measure and iterate. We’re constantly improving our services to make them simpler, clearer and faster for our 2 million users a month.
We solve challenging problems with interesting technology but it’s not all about the tech. We encourage personal development, both technically and professionally. We do this through training, conferences, our library, through “air and share” sessions within the team and communities of practice.
Our office is located right next to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester city centre.
